  • Personal Federal Tax Returns (full return) (2+ years)
  • W-2s for same years as Tax Returns
  • Paystubs (consumer loans) Most recent 30 days of paystubs (must include YTD income) If you are paid every week, we need five paystubs, if paid biweekly, we need two.
  • Awards Letter (ie: Soc Sec, Pension if applicable)
  • Personal Financial Statement (commercial & ag loans)
  • Business Federal Tax Returns (if applicable) (2+ years)
  • K-1 (if applicable) (2+ years)
  • Current Rent Roll (if applicable)
  • Current A/R and A/P aging (if applicable)
  • Application Most recent two (2) months of bank statements (All pages, front and back, must have bank name and account number).
  • Payoff Statements (if applicable).

          URLA Additional Borrower (if joint)

            Copy of Photo ID

            If currently renting, please provide landlord contact information. (This is used for Verification of Rent if necessary.)

 


INCOME & ASSET DOCUMENTS

            Most recent 30 days of paystubs (must include YTD income)
